Draft notice: this policy is a working draft and should be reviewed by counsel before it is treated as final.

Information collected

PeopleOps LLC collects the information you submit through the contact form — typically your name, email address, company, approximate employee count, the service you are asking about, and the message you write. The site also records basic technical information such as the page you submitted from and the referring page.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss a possible engagement, and maintain records of that correspondence. It is not sold. It is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics and advertising

This site may use analytics and advertising measurement tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel. These tools are only active when configured, and they collect usage data such as pages viewed and how you arrived at the site. You can limit this collection through your browser settings or an ad-blocking extension.

Service providers

Form submissions, email and scheduling may be handled by third-party providers acting on behalf of PeopleOps. Those providers process the information only to deliver their service.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond, to maintain a record of the relationship, or to meet business and record-keeping needs. You can ask for your inquiry record to be deleted.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. Requests are handled through the contact address below.
